We are friends who met ten years ago at the school gates waiting to collect  our children.  We bonded over fashion, drinking cocktails and having fun.  

 

We both worked for a couple of years in the fashion industry, then decided we wanted to set up our own accessories business.  

 

The name The Silk House is inspired from the silk road ancient trade routes throughout Asia, as we look to source jewellery and accessories from all over the world.
